Milk Education are working in partnership with an SEN all through setting which supports learners with complex needs, particularly Autism. This role is based in a special education provided in Greenwich and will be long term for the right educator. You will have the opportunity to work with students across all key stages, and preferences will be taken into consideration such as Primary, Secondary or FE.

The Role: Autism Support Worker
As an Autism Support Worker, you're more than an educator – you're a guiding light, illuminating the path for children with learning disabilities, Autism, and complex care requirements. Under the mentorship of a dedicated class teacher, you'll lead the way both in group settings and through personalized 1-1 interactions. Your unwavering presence and unwavering dedication will be instrumental in nurturing growth and fostering a thriving learning environment.
