My client has an exciting opportunity for a Lettings Inventory Team Coordinator to join their award-winning team at their busy Brentwood branch. Main Responsibilities:

  • Organize property visit appointments on behalf of the Inspection Clerks.
  • Act as the main contact for scheduling property visits for the Inventory Clerks team.
  • Perform administrative duties, including releasing deposits after successful negotiations.
  • Provide essential administrative support to Senior Inventory Clerks and their team.
  • Deliver excellent customer service to landlords and tenants.
  • Manage and respond to queries from tenants and landlords.

Skills & Experience Required:

  • Some previous industry experience is preferred but not essential; full training is provided.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, ensuring accurate recording of appointments, meetings, and deadlines.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks based on importance and urgency, with efficient time management skills.
  • Skilled in coordinating schedules and adjusting to changing priorities as needed.
  • Committed to data security, ensuring client information is protected.
  • Proficiency in IT, with the ability to work across multiple software platforms in a paperless environment.

Salary & Benefits:

  • Basic salary between £21,000 - £25,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus quarterly bonuses and additional financial incentives.
  • OTE of Circa £30,000 per annum.
  • 20 days of holiday plus UK bank holidays, with holiday entitlement increasing over time.

Hours of Work:

  • Full-time, 5 days a week, 8:30 am - 5:30 pm, Monday to Friday.
