Are you an aspiring Engineer who is proficient in SolidWorks looking to kickstart your career working in a tight-knit team in an exciting and varied role offering full training within a rapidly growing company offering overtime and company bonuses to increase your earnings and a platform to continually progress your career?
This modern company were-established in 2018 and specialise in the design of mechanical systems and equipment for a range of different industries, including nuclear, agricultural and flood defence. They have developed a loyal client base whilst continually growing and are now looking to grow their team to help with their ongoing goals of continual expansion.
On a day-to-day basis you will receive full training and then be designing Mechanical Systems using SolidWorks as well as analysing designs, looking for ways to cut costs on materials and discussing designs and project strategy with clients and team members. You will be working office based in Taunton as you work within a tight-knit team of 6 and work Monday - Friday 9am-5pm, with overtime available to increase earnings, as well as company bonuses based on performance.
The varied role would suit an Engineering Graduate or similar looking to build a career in design within a growing company offering training to develop your skills and the opportunity to make your mark on the business.
The Role:
- - Full training provided
- - Design mechanical systems for varied industries ranging from nuclear to agriculture
- - Creating CAD designs using SolidWorks
- - Troubleshooting design issues and implementing solutions
