Are you an experienced SEN Teaching Assistant looking for a rewarding role? Reed Education is seeking a dedicated and adaptable SEN Teaching Assistant to join our team. We are looking for someone who is versatile, resilient, and committed to making a difference in the lives of our students.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide support to children and young people with Special Educational Needs (SEND), including ASD, ADHD, and challenging behaviours.
- Adapt teaching methods to meet the individual needs of students.
- Foster a compassionate and patient learning environment.
Requirements:
- Experience working with children and young people.
- Knowledge and understanding of SEND.
- A compassionate, resilient, proactive, and patient personality.
- Advantageous to have a Level 2 or Level 3 but not essential.
