Position: Support Worker

Salary: From £23 per hour (Umbrella)
Are you a compassionate and dedicated individual with a passion for supporting others? We are looking for experienced Support Workers to join our team in Dumfries & Galloway!
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide high-quality care and support to individuals in supported living settings.
- Assist with daily activities, personal care, and complex care needs.
- Develop and maintain positive relationships with service users, their families, and other professionals.
- Ensure all care plans are followed and updated as necessary.
- Promote independence and well-being through effective communication and support.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 3 years UK care experience.
- Strong background in supported living and complex care.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Must be a car driver with a valid UK driving license.
- A compassionate, patient, and reliable nature.
