Electrician - Residential & Commercial - Guernsey
Relocation to Guernsey required.
£45,000 - £55,000
FULL TIME - PERMANENT
Information on the role
- Designing, installing, and maintaining electrical systems in residential & commercial buildings
- Reading and interpreting technical diagrams and blueprints to determine the layout of electrical systems
- Identifying and repairing electrical issues, such as malfunctioning wiring, faulty electrical switches, and circuit breakers
- Ensuring that electrical systems are up to code and meet safety standards.
- Collaborating with other professionals, such as architects and engineers, to design electrical systems for new construction projects
- Providing guidance and training to apprentices and other electricians.
What we'd like from you
- NVQ Level 3 or equivalent
- 18th Edition
- C&G 2391-52
- CSCS
- Experience with Smart Home Installations, BMS, BMES or MEP/M&E, & Residential, & Commercial buildings
- Comprehensive knowledge of building regulations, planning legislation, and health and safety
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Commercially astute and business focused
- Exceptional customer service skills
- Excellent communication skills
