Attention all Revit MEP Coordinators!
Here at Blueprint Recruitment, we are searching for an experienced Revit MEP Coordinator to join a leading contractor on a long-term contract basis, outside IR35. Located in London, this position provides a fantastic opportunity to work on an a major government project, and the selected candidate will be required to operate on a hybrid basis attending the site 3 days per week.
**Key responsibilities:
- Creating and managing models and drawings to be implemented.
- Ensuring that projects are delivered within specified timeframes.
- Maintaining compliance with the client's protocols and standards.
- Reviewing and analysing documents and designs to maintain accuracy.
- Attending project meetings when necessary.
**Key requirements:
- Extensive experience with the practical application of Revit MEP modelling and Navisworks.
- Security cleared.
- BIM 360 experience is desirable.
- Understanding of current UK building regulations and legislation.
- Ability to liaise with a variety of stakeholders, including clients and other design teams.
- Strong analytical skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
