The Primary Learning Support role:
- Assist classroom activities - Work in partnership with teachers to plan and perform dynamic lessons to pupils, implementing inclusive and creative strategies. 1:1 support may be required.
- Excellent support team - opportunities for progression, essential for aspiring Early Careers.
- Supporting and nurturing the environment for the Bracknell based students to absorb a solid foundation of their education. Previous understanding of the national Key Stage 1 & Key Stage 2 curriculum is not essential, ability to adapt to new content is key.
- Awareness of child safe-guarding and ability to highlight concerns to senior teaching staff.
- Promote holistic student growth, contribute to creating a safe cohesive classroom.
Pay rate is dependent on qualifications, experience and skills and employment is subject to an Enhanced DBS check.
