Job Description: Site ManagerLocation: Midlands - Tipton Office
Day rate: up to £325 (outside IR35)
Our client, a leading company in the water sector, is looking for an experienced Site Manager to oversee civil infrastructure projects from their main office in Tipton.
Responsibilities:
- Supervise multiple sites in Severn Trent
- Ensure on-site activities meet timelines, quality, and safety standards
- Manage project documentation and compliance
- Coordinate with site teams, contractors, and stakeholders
- Conduct inspections and prepare reports for senior management
Requirements:
- Proven experience in civil or construction projects, preferably in the water or utilities
- SMSTS
- CSCS Black Card preferred
- Strong understanding of site management, safety standards, and construction practices
Benefits:

- Up to £325 per day outside IR35
