Transport Administrator

The ideal candidate will be proficient in various administrative tasks and possess excellent organisational skills to support the smooth running of our office operations.

Duties:

  • Perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently
  • Manage administrative tasks such as filing, scanning, and photocopying documents
  • Handle phone calls with professionalism and follow proper phone etiquette
  • Assist in maintaining office supplies and equipment
  • Procurement
  • Ensure timesheets are prepped and correct for payroll
  • Provide assistance to the accounts team, dealing with invoice queries
  • Check in with the maintenance department. order parts when necessary

Skills:

  • Strong attention to detail
  • Previous experience in an administrative role
  • Ability to type efficiently and accurately
  • Excellent organisational skills to manage office operations effectively
  • Good phone etiquette when interacting with clients and colleagues

Experience:

We are looking for someone that has previous transport experience.

Details:

Option 1) 5am-3pm

Option 2) 7am-5pm
