We have an exciting opportunity for a full time Loss Prevention Manager to lead our small professional team reporting direct to the General Manager

Morleys Stores Group is an independent group of 8 department stores based in and around London. The Role:

  • You will be responsible for all Health and Safety & Loss Prevention within the store ensuring compliance across the store.
  • You and your team will need to provide an effective loss prevention service to both customers and staff within the store, including investigations, in store systems and accident reporting.
  • This is very much a hands-on role, and you must be able to actively lead the team by example.
  • You must be a good communicator, being able to develop relationships at all levels.

The ideal candidate will:

  • Be able to demonstrate previous experience of working in a fast-paced role within a similar environment.
  • Have strong leadership skills.
  • Flexible in this varied role.
  • Be able to pay attention to detail.
  • You must have the ability to remain calm and professional in all emergency situations.
  • Have the confidence to promote Loss Prevention/Health and Safety across the store, be able to train the store team to increase loss prevention awareness.
  • Want to inspire, motivate and encourage your own team to work to the highest standards in Loss Prevention and Health and Safety.
