Job Title: Children's Deputy Manager
Location: Chingford
Contract Type: Permanent
Salary: £35,000 to £45,000
The Deputy Manager will support the Registered Manager in the daily operations of the children's home, ensuring the delivery of safe, high-quality care in compliance with all regulatory standards. They will also lead, motivate, and manage the staff team, ensuring that the needs of the children are met with professionalism and compassion.
Requirements:
- Diploma level 3/4 in residential childcare (required)
- Strong knowledge of children's social care legislation, Ofsted, safeguarding
- Excellent leadership & communication skills
