CRM Content Executive

Junior CRM Content Executive:

Major Players is looking for an amazing Junior Content Executive for a globally recognized E-Comm business in the heart of London. The ideal candidate will be responsible for assisting in the development and execution of the CRM content strategy, This is an exciting opportunity to work in a fast paced environment over the course of a 1-2 month freelance booking.

Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate closely with the Content Manager to manage the day-to-day CRM campaign planning.
  • Deliver end-to-end email and push campaigns.
  • Partner with the CRM Specialist to monitor and analyse CRM campaign performance.

Skills & Experience

  • Min 2 years of experience in a similar role in luxury / fashion.
  • Experience using Google Analytics or Tableau.
  • Familiarity with Trello.
  • Expertise in both Email and Push Channels.

Personal Attributes

  • Collaborative attitude to build a strong relationship across the business.
  • Extremely detail-oriented, deadline driven, and able to multi-task.
  • Can work independently in a structured manner.
  • Excellent organisational skills.

Salary & Benefits

  • £160 pounds per day Inside IR35 (Umbrella only)

Location & Workplace Policy

  • Hybrid office working 3 days in the office 2 from home.
  • Central London
