New urgent role working with a major UK residential developer on a high rise 200+ unit scheme in East London.
Applicants need to have a strong technical understanding of prefab panels, punch hole windows, balconies, flat roofing and landscaping packages.
Major residential developer background is essential and interviews will take place immediately with a view to start asap.

The role:
- Management of sub contractors and trades
- Overseeing and document all ITPs, QA, handover documentation for client approval
- Good IT skills and be able to use Word emails
- Experience in working with construction programmes and highlighting delays
- Must be able to chair site meetings with design team and subcontractors
Requirements:
- Candidates must hold a valid CSCS, SMSTS & First Aid tickets
- Ideally have come from a degree qualified/technical background
- Good communication skills and able to work as part of a larger team
- A good appreciation for quality driven process
- Previously worked on a major volume residential developments
- Experience delivering prefab panels, punch hole windows, balconies, flat roofing and landscaping packages.
