Our very large digital client seeks a User Test Strategy Manager with UAT and Agile experience to work on a digital transformation programme within the readiness team. You will assist from a Tech Strategy perspective with system integration.You will outline the best strategies and scenarios.
End to End UAT strategy building.
Working fully AGILE with Acceptance and Integration Testing - UAT.
What is tested and when it is tested from a tech perspective.Building a UAT Strategy and understanding business processes.
Advising and guiding.
Test Strategy & Planning:
- Develop and implement comprehensive test strategies, plans, and schedules that align with Agile methodologies.
- Define test objectives, criteria, and metrics for success.
- Identify test dependencies and manage test environments.
Test Execution & Management:
- Coordinate with test team to ensure execution of testing, ensuring thorough coverage of functional and non-functional requirements.
- Coordinate with development teams to ensure timely and effective resolution of defects.
- Support regression testing and ensure continuous integration and delivery practices are followed.
Systems Integration:
- Ensuring the integration of software components, ensuring seamless functionality across systems, is in place as part of the wider testing strategy.
- Collaborate with development, operations, and product teams to identify and resolve integration issues.
- Ensure all integrated components meet performance, scalability, and reliability standards.
Agile Collaboration:
- Participate in daily stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives, and other Agile ceremonies.
- Foster a culture of continuous improvement, encouraging proactive identification and resolution of issues.
- Facilitate communication and collaboration between cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and successful delivery.
Leadership & Mentorship:
- Support the wider team on best practice for testing, fostering a collaborative and high-performance environment.
- Provide training and support to team members on testing methodologies and tools.
- Encourage professional growth and knowledge sharing within the team.
