Key Responsibilities:
- Register and build strong relationships with potential home buyers.
- Arrange and conduct property viewings, providing valuable feedback to vendors.
- Negotiate offers between buyers and vendors, ensuring a smooth transaction process.
- Schedule appointments for the mortgage broker and refer clients to solicitors.
- Liaise with buyers, vendors, solicitors, and other estate agents to ensure seamless communication.
- Generate and book property valuations for the Valuer.
- Maintain accurate records of all sales activities in the CRM system.
- Deliver exceptional customer service and foster lasting client relationships.
The Ideal Candidate:
- Proven experience in a sales role, ideally within the property industry.
- Strong negotiation skills and the ability to communicate effectively.
- Excellent customer service with a focus on client satisfaction.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
- Good organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Knowledge of the local property market is a plus.
- A valid UK driving license and access to a vehicle are required.
