Are you a Building Services or Facilities Maintenance Engineer with Managerial experience looking to work within a successfully run distribution centre for a Blue Chip, globally recognised brand?
On offer is a stable role that gives you the autonomy to plan your own schedule and manage the success of 6 engineers, without the hassle of contract management and frustrating client liaison often associated with facilities management.
In this role you will lead a facilities section within a Warehouse / Distribution environment and will be integral to the supply chain of this household name. You will have the freedom to manage your own rotas, systems and workforce, overseeing a team of facilities technicians.

This role would suit a Facilities Engineer, Technician, Supervisor or similar with hands-on Mechanical & Electrical skills, 17th/18th Editon certificate and Managerial experience who is looking to join a well renowned business, who really look after their employees.
The Role:
- Oversee a team of 6 facilities maintenance technicians
- Developing and implementing PPM strategies
- 45 hours a week 7am-4pm
- 34 days of weekend work a year
The Person:
- Facilities or Building Services background
- Hand on Mechanical and Electrical skills
- 17th or 18th Edition
- Previously worked as a Manager or Supervisor
