Working in partnership, my client is looking to recruit a proactive and professional Customer Technical Advisor to join their dedicated team in Bath. You will support the business by providing top-quality service to their customers.
The role:
- First point of contact for all queries
- Resolve customer queries
- Processing orders
- Provide technical advice and status updates
- Organise and process product returns
- General administration
Person specification:
- Previous customer service/call centre experience is essential
- Confident and professional telephone manner
- Pro-active and engaging approach
- Able to work on your initiative
- Excellent communication and organisation skills
- Competent IT skills

Hours of work will be Monday to Thursday 9am to 5.30pm and Friday 9am to 5pm.
