A unique opportunity has arisen for this education setting located in West Leeds. Supporting children with SEN, the successful applicant will join a small and dedicated team to provide all administrative and coordination-based tasks on a temporary, ongoing basis. Working on site, 37hours per week, term time only. With a proven background at a senior administrative level, the successful candidate will have worked within the education or legal sector in the past. Day to day duties are varied but key transferable tasks include;
- Diary management
- Planning schedules
- Working with external support bodies
- Liaising with local authorities
- Arranging & attending meetings
- Minuting and actioning meetings
- Risk assessments
- General ad hoc support
This is a wonderful opportunity to join a small team, who can offer a challenging and varied role on an ongoing basis. The successful candidate must have;
- 4 years minimum PA/Senior administrative experience
- Excellent communication skills
- Strong MS Office skills
- Background in education or legal is essential
- Must hold an enhanced DBS
