Our established supply client requires someone with confident communication skills verbally and online – accurate in using systems in a busy team. Full training and hand over will be given.
Add purchase orders to system acknowledge and update system accurately keeping any time delay to the minimum
Dealing with supplier invoice queries that are raised
Preparing supplier price increases once received
Extracting related reports and review of late orders in contacting suppliers where necessary.
