My client is looking to grow their renowned Real Estate team with a proficient Real Estate lawyer! This firm has a fantastic range of clients and will present plenty of opportunities to further establish the ideal candidate. The client has a unique position to provide opportunities to work on a variety of matters, allowing you to develop and experience all areas of Real Estate law! The firm prides itself on being a top choice for quality legal work outside of London, offering an exciting opportunity for driven individuals to work with some of the best clients in the field

The role is based in the client's Cradley Heath office and adopts a hybrid working model, a generous holiday allowance, and an attractive benefits package!

The firm has a close-knit team and offers a supportive environment with high levels of supervision and feedback, allowing associates to thrive and grow. Additionally, the client averages 100 files at one time providing a wealth of work and opportunity! The role would also consist of assisting and supporting junior staff.

A suitable candidate will have at least 5PQE and be experienced in dealing with a variety of clients and sectors in real estate. Knowledge of the West Midlands is preferred but not essential, handling every aspect of associated transactions.

Please apply directed or confidentially contact Elliot Lockley at Search Legal for more information. Alternatively, if this role is not for you, I am working with a variety of other Corporate and Real Estate Law opportunities with ranked teams in Birmingham and in the West Midlands so would be interested to talk to any Corporate or Real Estate lawyer.

Search is an equal opportunities recruiter and we welcome applications from all suitably skilled or qualified applicants, regardless of their race, sex, disability, religion/beliefs, sexual orientation or age.
