Description
As a Locum Private Client Solicitor, you will be responsible for managing a full caseload of private client matters:
- Advising clients on wills, probate, and estate planning
- Managing trusts and estates
- Handling Powers of Attorney
- Providing expert guidance on inheritance tax planning
Profile
A successful Locum Private Client Solicitor should be:
- Qualified Solicitor with STEP
- Extensive experience in all aspects of private client law, including trusts
- Strong client care skills and the ability to build relationships

- 4 days per week, 2 in the office 2 from home
- £50 per hour, outside IR35
