Key Role Details:
- Location: Birmingham
- Pay: £12.83-£15 per hour
- Hours: Full or part-time, starting September 2024
- Duration: Temporary ongoing
Role Responsibilities:
- Provide one-to-one support and supervision to students within the classroom
- Encourage learners to reach their full academic potential
- Assist with literacy and numeracy
- Create, monitor, and review SMART targets
- Manage challenging behaviour when necessary
- Maintain accurate records of learners' progress
Requirements:
- Level 2 Maths & English
- A positive approach to working with children
- Strong regard for student safety and well-being
- DBS check on the update service (assistance provided if needed)
- Knowledge of Safeguarding (free online training offered)
