Finance Administrator
Salary: Competitive and based on experience
Location: Northamptonshire
12 month FTC (potential for permanent)
Our client is seeking a dedicated and meticulous Finance Administrator to join their dynamic team. This role offers an exciting opportunity to support multiple teams within a global market-leading business.
What you'll do:
- Provide support to the Finance Senior Management team
- Organise key meetings including confirmation of attendees, logistics, hospitality, preparing and issuing both the agenda and the minutes
- Process expenses and manage guest relations
- Submit travel requests and prepare necessary documents
- Prepare documents, presentations, and other submissions to high standards using Word, Excel, PowerPoint etc.
- Administer time booking system (e.g. opening / closing time sheets etc.)
- Replenish departmental stationery as required
- Handle incoming and outgoing post
What you bring:
- Experience using Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
- Ability to take ownership of projects and deliver results
- Open-mindedness with a willingness to listen and learn from all members of the Finance Team
- Effective communication skills
- Ability to work accurately in a fast moving, performance-oriented environment
- Ability to build and maintain excellent working relationships
