Salary: Competitive and based on experience

Location: Northamptonshire

12 month FTC (potential for permanent)

Our client is seeking a dedicated and meticulous Finance Administrator to join their dynamic team. This role offers an exciting opportunity to support multiple teams within a global market-leading business.

What you'll do:

  • Provide support to the Finance Senior Management team
  • Organise key meetings including confirmation of attendees, logistics, hospitality, preparing and issuing both the agenda and the minutes
  • Process expenses and manage guest relations
  • Submit travel requests and prepare necessary documents
  • Prepare documents, presentations, and other submissions to high standards using Word, Excel, PowerPoint etc.
  • Administer time booking system (e.g. opening / closing time sheets etc.)
  • Replenish departmental stationery as required
  • Handle incoming and outgoing post

What you bring:

  • Experience using Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
  • Ability to take ownership of projects and deliver results
  • Open-mindedness with a willingness to listen and learn from all members of the Finance Team
  • Effective communication skills
  • Ability to work accurately in a fast moving, performance-oriented environment
  • Ability to build and maintain excellent working relationships
