  • Assist in the management of daily property operations.

  • Oversee in-house and third-party contractors, ensuring timely follow-ups and job completion.

  • Address and manage ad hoc problems, escalating issues to the head of department when necessary.

  • Log all maintenance issues accurately.

  • Arrange necessary repairs and services in a timely manner.

  • Schedule and track all maintenance works and services.

  • Work with the accounts department to manage payments and receipts.

  • Create purchase orders, approve, and sign invoices before forwarding them to accounts.

  • Maintain both paper and electronic filing systems.

  • Keep health and safety records up to date, ensuring all documentation and certifications are properly filed.

  1. Budget and Reporting:
  • Assist in preparing service charge budgets and provide necessary figures.

  • Generate summaries and reports for the department head as requested.

  • Maintain logs of pending and statutory works, ensuring all schedules and trackers are current.

  • Provide additional support to the head of department as needed.

  • Assist in special projects or tasks as assigned by the department head.
