Customer Relationship Manager Required for Top 20 Care Home Group

This is a fantastic opportunity to join a thriving care home and support them with ongoing occupancy management, community engagement and family relations.

Responsibilities (include but are not limited to)

Your role will be to engage and build rapport with the local community to market the home, drive enquiries, support customers in their journey from enquiry to move in and grow the care home occupancy. The role includes:

  • Lead generation and pipeline management
  • Relationship management with key contacts
  • Identifying new sales and marketing opportunities
  • Co-ordination of all sales events and exhibitions
  • Managing the customers experience from enquiry to move in
  • Administration and collation of information from customers
  • All general sales and marketing enquiries

Requirements

  • Previous experience with customer relations and business development with the care sector.
  • This is a full time permanent position working 40 hours over 7 days to the needs of the care home.

Remuneration

  • Circa £40-45,000 DOE + OTE
