What You'll Do:
- You'll be the key contact for clients and Mortgage Brokers, expertly handling queries and ensuring the mortgage application process is smooth from start to finish.
- Accurately input, update, and manage application data, ensuring that every detail is spot on as you guide each application through to the point of offer.
- Work closely with Sales, Risk, and Underwriting teams, as well as external valuation firms, to meet all application requirements and keep everything aligned with business needs.
- Keep a close eye on the progress of each application through the dashboard, efficiently managing tasks and escalating complex issues to the Line Manager as needed.
- Handle communication with all relevant parties, including phone calls and emails from brokers, valuers, and solicitors, making sure everyone is kept in the loop.
