Customer Service Administrator

Our client is a leading distributor of high-quality products in their industry and are looking for an organized, quick thinking, enthusiastic and efficient person to join their Customer Service Team to assist with the warehouse administration and smooth daily running of the office.

Job Description:

  • Customer support over the phone email
  • Sales support and order processing
  • Administration support for sales team
  • Sort and prioritise emails from own and shared inbox
  • Accurately input information from calls/emails into appropriate systems
  • Prioritise tasks, ensuring deadlines are met
  • Support the warehouse team
  • Managing the email inbox and dealing quickly and efficiently with queries
  • Maximizing sales opportunities to ensure complete customer satisfaction
  • Occasionally covering the warehouse (picking and packing) in holidays

Person Specification:

  • Minimum of 1 year Customer Service experience
  • Basic Sage/Salesforce knowledge is desirable
  • GCSE Maths and English graded 5 or above
  • Friendly, articulate and professional with a confident telephone manner
  • A high level of accuracy with excellent attention to detail
  • Positive, proactive and motivated
  • Good organisational skills and great attention to detail
  • Proficient use of Microsoft Office packages including Word and Excel
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Ability to prioritise work and be reactive

Additional Information:

  • Based in Epsom
  • Salary of up to £27,000 (depending upon experience
  • Monday - Thursday, 9am - 5:30pm, Friday 9am - 4pm
  • 25 days holiday plus bank holidays
