A reputable Water Treatment / Commissioning Company with a mixed portfolio of loyal and long standing Domestic, Commercial and Healthcare clients, are now looking to take on a professional and mouldable Commissioning Engineer based in and around the London area. The ideal candidate will hold the CSA 2 (or higher) and will have extensive experience carrying out commissioning duties such as balancing of air and water systems, measuring balance flow rates and primary / secondary balancing on AHU / CHW / LTHW systems in line with CIBSE guidelines.
Candidates will have good access to London and the surrounding areas: Bromley, Croydon, Mitcham, Bexleyheath, Swanley, Erith, Dartford, Sutton, Epsom, Gravesend, Chatham, Gillingham, Maidstone, Tonbridge, Reigate, Crawley, Horsham, Haslemrere.
Experience & Qualifications:
" Holding the CSA grade 2 or higher is beneficial to the role.
" Will have experience working hands on as a commissioning engineer for a recognised Water Treatment / Commissioning company.
" Will be able to show practical understanding of relevant Health and Safety / CIBSE guidelines.
" In-depth technical knowledge of chemicals and water treatment systems.
" Excellent IT skills.
" Able to communicate efficiently.
" Excellent time management skills.
The Role:
" Attending Domestic, Industrial, and Healthcare sites.
" Balancing of air and water systems.
" Correctly measuring balance flow rates.
" Calibrating equipment precisely prior to balancing water systems.
" Working on AHU / CHW / LTHW systems, carrying out primary and secondary balancing.
" Ensuring work is carried out in line with relevant Health and Safety / CIBSE guidelines.
" Completing work in line with agreed time frames.
" Working from site specific schematic drawings to carry out work.
" Using information from site to produce detailed reports.
