Meridian Business Support is currently recruiting for Mental Health Nurses/Learning Disability Nurses for our client , based in Leeds. The role as Registered Mental Health Nurse is a Full-time role (part time opportunities available), 37.5 hour per week, offering a salary up to £37455 per annum.
As a Mental Health Nurse, your role will include but not be limited to:
- Assessing and monitoring the needs of patients
- Collaboratively planning the care needs of the patient
- Developing positive behavioral support plans with patients
- Being an active part of the multi-disciplinary team
- Administering medications
Requirements
- Registered Nurse Qualification (RMN/RNLD) with a Valid NMC PIN
- Minium of 6 -month Experience required
- To be a team player
- To be self-aware, seeking support and advice when required
- Good listening and rapport building ability
- To be able to organize and prioritise your time
