Our clients are an independent estate agents based in Teddington, West London and they are seeking a skilled and experienced Lettings Manager to join the team.
Attractive salary package with a basic salary and commissions. With a work ethos of a professional approach and always maintaining the highest level of customer service they are looking for a special individual to enhance the existing team.
As a lettings manager you will be required to:
- Touting, valuations, new instructions
- Viewings, securing offers/tenants
- Dealing with Landlords - retaining business, negotiating fees
- Admin - referencing, AML checks, extensions
- Overseeing property management
This role is based in Teddington but working across at their other branches in the area.
ESSENTIALS Must be friendly, affable, easy going and happy step in and help as needed Driving licence and own car Local to the area with good general understanding of amenities on offer

9am-5pm Monday to Friday and every alternate Saturday
20 days holiday plus 7 Bank Holidays Closed for all Bank Holidays and close the offices pre-Xmas then re-open after New Year Bank holiday - generally closed for 12-14 days
