Protiviti are seeking an ambitious and highly organised Interim Junior PMO to join a dynamic team at a leading UK retail client. This role is pivotal to supporting the successful delivery of a complex SAP S/4HANA transformation programme. You will work closely with senior project managers, stakeholders, and various technical teams to ensure smooth execution, timely reporting, and effective governance of this large-scale programme.
Key Responsibilities:
- Project Governance: Ensure adherence to programme governance processes, including status reporting, change management, risk management, and issue tracking.
- Programme Support: Assist the project team in organising meetings, preparing documentation, tracking milestones, and ensuring timely delivery of project components.
- Resource Management: Coordinate and support resourcing needs across the project lifecycle.
- Budget Tracking: Monitor project budgets, ensuring costs remain within agreed limits, and flag any potential issues early.
- Stakeholder Communication: Facilitate regular communication with stakeholders, preparing concise project reports and presentations.
- Document Control: Maintain and update project documentation, ensuring it is accessible and kept up to date.
- Data Management: Ensure accurate data collection and reporting across the project.
Key Skills and Experience:
- Proven experience in a PMO or project support role supporting on complex transformation projects.
- Must have experience working supporting complex ERP transformation programmes e.g. SAP S/4 Hana, Oracle, MS D365.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to multitask and manage competing priorities.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Competency in Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel, PowerPoint, and Word) and project management tools such as Jira or MS Project.
- High attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
