Are you a skilled multi-trade fabric technician? My client are a leading FM service provider and are looking to speak with you. I am hiring for a fabric technician on a permanent basis for a flagship trophy contract in North West London. You will be working as part of a large maintenance team carrying out routine and reactive maintenance of our clients building.
Duties
- Painting
- Decorating
- Carpentry
- Patch repairs
- Basic plumbing
- Basic electrical work
- Drainage/flushing
- AHUs/FCUs - changing/cleaning filters
- Changing locks/handles/taps
- Changing lamps
Requirements
- Expeirence as a multi-trade handyperson/technician in a commercial/industiral setting (essential)
- C&G/NVQ in a trade (desirable)
- Ability to work independantly and on your feet (essential)
Package
- £32,000 to £34,000 per annum
- Mon to Fri (8am to 5pm / 7am to 4pm)
