About the role of Regional Health, Safety & Wellbeing Manager
The role ofl Health, Safety & Wellbeing Manager will be to liaise across the project supporting existing H&S advisor and supporting construction director and site team. Realms of work include heavy & intricate civils schemes within the infrastructure and water sector ranging between £300K - £300M across the south coast.
Responsibilities for the Regional Health, Safety & wellbeing Manager
- Lead and support the project with their HSW policies and procedures
- Monitor the implementation of SHEQ policies throughout the project
- Create and update Health & Safety Management plan
- Work alongside the client to build together a successful HSW culture.
- Develop & promote a wellbeing scheme
Requirements for Regional Health, Safety & Wellbeing Manager
- General NEBOSH Certificate
- CSCS Card
- CMIOSH or NVQ LEVEL 4
- NEBOSH Fire & Risk Management
- Previous Management experience
- Excellent organisational skills
- Strong knowledge of construction industry
