Academics are a local teaching supply agency ho supports secondary schools across the Wirral. We're looking for a engaging and dedicated History Teacher to join our local secondary schools across the Wirral and the surrounding areas to provide short-term & long-term teacher cover.

At Academics we currently have a number of opportunities for both short-term and long term supply for both this term and September 2024.
This can be a flexible role and you can choose to work around other commitments you may have.
As a History Teacher working on supply with us you will need:
- A proven track record of teaching History across KS3, KS4 and/or KS5
- To hold the relevant teaching qualification (PGCE, B.Ed or BA Hons) with QTS (Qualified Teacher Status
- To be able to teach engaging History lessons using you own initiative whilst having a excellent knowledge of the national curriculum
- Hold a current Enhanced DBS registered to the update service or be willing to apply for a new one through Academics (cost applied)
