Salary: £31,000- 39,000 dependent on experience

These projects include sectors such as industrial, later living, transport and leisure to name a few. Their friendly team are comprised or technicians, architects, master planners and other talented staff. With a number of exciting projects in the pipeline they are seeking a dedicated Architectural Technologist to join their social office in West Yorkshire.
The successful Architectural Technologist will boast technical excellence, a diverse portfolio of projects and extensive post qualification experience.
Skills, Experience and Responsibilities for the role of Architectural Technologist:
- A degree in HND/HNC in Architectural Technology or relevant degree
- Strong technical expertise
- Proficiency in Revit, AutoCAD, Sketch Up and the Adobe Suite
- Job running experience
- Working towards MCIAT is beneficial
- Experience across a range of sectors such as commercial leisure, industrial
- Thirst to continue professional development and new technical solutions
- Thorough knowledge of current building regulations
- Substantial post qualification experience
- Experience across the later RIBA stages
- Passionate about sustainable designs and innovation
- Positive and proactive attitude
- Strong communication skills liaising with clients confidently
- Live locally to the West Yorkshire area
- Keen to input to company growth
