Global Bank requires a Client Migration Lead - Fund Dealing and Custody to join a multi-year transformation programme
Tasks
- Responsible for the delivery of the E2E migration activities of assigned clients
- Identify account manager for allocated clients and partner with them
- Work with account management to set new rate cards
- Prepare for initial client meeting (pull background information)
- Leading client migration calls and provide dedicated point of contact for assigned clients
- Own and manage clients through the migration journey
- Engage with external parties
- Run daily POD sessions/ weekly client meetings to manage client migrations activities
- Work with Business Analyst to document "as is" and future state fund dealing model per client
- Provide inputs to regular governance, reporting
- Identify and own and manage RAID items
- Provide point of escalation for Pod team members
- Ownership of client migrations, managing delivery plan and co-ordinating runbook activities
Key deliverables
- Accountable for enabling client discussions on product offering and migrations
- Detailed E2E Migration plans per client, execution and tracking
- Pod Migration Status Reporting
- Alignment with Product delivery roadmap with client migration plan
- Client migration RAID log
- Assigned clients are on-Boarded & Live in line with agreed plans
- Warranty Period & Handover to BAU complete in line with agreed plans
Must have:
Fund and Custody experience in Securities Services setting
