The Client

My client is a leading multi-faceted supplier to the estate agency sector, and they're looking for a Property Assistant / Customer Advisor for their Auctions team.

This role is office-based in Southeast Oxfordshire.

Responsibilities

  • Assisting the Auctions team with the handling of their properties
  • Listing properties on Rightmove
  • Filling out sale/reservation fee forms
  • Servicing and updating customers on any of their enquiries
  • Once a sale is agreed, you'd hand the case file over to the Sales Progressors
  • You may need to assist the Sales Progressors every now and then
  • Handling any incoming calls when the team is busy

Package

  • £25,000 to £28,000
  • Mon - Fri
  • 20 days + bank holidays
  • Free parking
  • Annual Ascot trip
  • Friday drinks in the office
