Are you passionate about creating memorable experiences and activities for others? Do you thrive in a role that allows you to bring joy and excitement to people's lives? If so, our client has an exciting opportunity for you as an Activities Coordinator.

As an Activities Coordinator you will play a key role in planning and organising a wide range of engaging activities for 16-25 year olds. Your creative ideas and innovative approach will help in fostering a vibrant and lively community environment, enhancing the overall well-being of our residents.

This role will allow you to showcase your creativity, organisational skills and people-oriented approach in a dynamic and fulfilling environment.

  • Work alongside a dedicated team to create and execute exciting activities for our residents.
  • Contribute to the development of a vibrant and diverse community atmosphere
  • Make a meaningful impact on the lives of our residents through engaging and inclusive activities.
  • Support tenants to learn new skills, improve their employability, recover from trauma, and grow as citizens of their local community.
  • Support tenants with rent.

Preferred Requirements:

  • Demonstrated experience in organising events or activities
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to engage with individuals from diverse backgrounds
  • Passion for promoting well-being and social interaction within a community setting
  • Flexibility to adapt to varying resident needs and preferences
  • Ability to think creatively and generate innovative activity ideas

Preferred Qualifications:

  • A relevant qualification in event management, hospitality, or community services
  • First aid certification or willingness to obtain it
  • Any other relevant certifications or training in activities coordination
