A fantastic company, on the acquisition trail, based in Sheffield, recruiting into a brand-new area of the business
Your new role
Working in customer services, you will support 2 sales representatives, process quotes and deal with queries. Once you have completed all of your training, you will begin quoting on work, looking at technical drawings and liaising with production, sales and haulage. This role will be varied, fast-paced and customer focused.
Duties:-

  • Processing orders from email and over the phone
  • Helping customers and advising on delivery dates
  • Quoting and chasing quotes to make sure they accurately go through the CRM system
  • Invoicing and planning
  • Query handling and customer complaint resolution

This is a new role, one that you can make your own. You will be joining the business at a very exciting time!

What you'll need to succeed
You must have proven customer service and order processing experience. You will have superb Microsoft Office skills and have the ability to pick other systems up quickly. You will be flexible, open to development and be a team player.
