An excellent opportunity has arisen for our lovely client in Bishops Stortford for a Service Desk Co-ordinator who prefers to work in a fast paced environment, working to SLA's and targets.

  • Salary: up to £28,000 depending on experience, plus performance and annual bonus
  • Hours: 8 am – 5 pm Monday – Friday (40 hours per week)
  • Full-time, permanent ON SITE

Do you have scheduling or helpdesk or routing or route planning experience? For this role you will coordinating a large team of approx. 29 engineers across London and the Home Counties.

25 days plus bank holidays

The Requirements:

  • Previous office experience working for a service industry in customer facing role
  • Previous experience within building services company, busy reactive helpdesk and coordinating an engineering workforce.
  • Reliable, excellent time keeping
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Excellent telephone manner
