Primary duties include:

  • Lead & manage the A CAT
  • Management of budgets
  • Report writing
  • Accommodate up to 20 adults
  • Commitment to high-quality care provision
  • promote service delivery focused on the needs of the young adults with complex autism
  • Safeguarding procedures

Requirements:

  • Social Work Qualification
  • Relevant experiences in disability teams

Preferable skills:

  • Familiarity with PECS and MAKATON communication systems
