The duties include:
- Supplier Ledger maintenance including statement reconciliations, payments & invoices
- Input of invoices working with various platforms
- Liaising with suppliers and other employees within the business to resolve queries
- Maintenance of Purchase Order system (Acquire)
- Setting up and maintaining company reports
Profile
The successful candidate MUST:
- Have experience working in a junior finance role - Desirable
- Be studying AAT or a finance degree - Desirable
- Have a genuine interest to pursue a career in finance - Essential
- Be a strong communicator with excellent interpersonal skills - Essential
