A college in Nuneaton is seeking an A Level Psychology Teacher to join their team on a temporary basis, with potential for a permanent position. The role involves covering classes for 3 days per week starting from January. This is an excellent opportunity for someone passionate about psychology and education.
Day-to-day of the role:
- Deliver engaging and informative lessons in A Level Psychology.
- Prepare lesson plans and educational materials that meet curriculum standards.
- Assess and evaluate students' progress and provide constructive feedback.
- Maintain a positive and conducive learning environment.
- Collaborate with other teaching staff to enhance the educational experience.
- Manage classroom behaviour and discipline.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- A qualification in Psychology or a related field.
- Minimum Level 2 qualification in English and Maths.
- Proven experience teaching A Level Psychology.
- DBS on the update service or willingness to obtain one.
