Job Title: Operations Assistant

Contract: Full time, permanent

Salary: Up to £34,000 per annum

Location: Buckingham

Hour: Monday - Thursday 9am - 5:30pm, Friday 9am - 4:30pm

About The Job:

As an Operations Assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting the Operations Manager in ensuring smooth day-to-day operations within the organisation. This position requires exceptional attention to detail, strong organisational skills, and the ability to collaborate effectively with various departments.

Your Responsibilities:

  • Accurately entering sales orders based on customer requirements
  • Coordinating with the Production and Purchasing departments to ensure stock availability for sales orders
  • Producing monthly KPI reports using data from in-house systems and reporting these to management
  • Working with other departments to investigate stock discrepancies through to resolution

Essential Skills:

  • Proven experience in managing and coordinating administrative tasks to support the sales process and provide excellent customer service.
  • Ability to understand and adhere to company procedures, processes, and styles.
  • Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
  • Excel in verbal and written communication, keeping stakeholders well informed.
