Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Sales Ledger invoicing to multiple clients.
- Credit Control / reporting.
- Daily contact with clients via telephone / e-mail.
- Allocating receipts and reconciling accounts.
- Reconciling supplier statements.
- Aged Debt reporting.
- Creating new projects on the system.
- Updating Project tracker and other Business schedules.
- Updating Business Cashflow Forecast for cash received and anticipated receipts.
- B2B collections
- Monday to Friday - 9 - 5
Profile
Successful Candidate will possess:
- Worked in a similar background before
- Microsoft package proficient
- Ability to work as part of a team and also independently
- Excellent communication skills
- Attention to detail
Job Offer
Salary up to £32000 per annum + Free on site parking + Hybrid working + 25 days annual leave (plus banks).
