Due to continued growth I'm currently recruiting for an Estimator to work with a well-established engineering company based near Cradley Heath. As the Estimator you will be responsible for providing clear communication with clients on the estimated times of manufacture whilst assisting in the planning of components with cross functional departments.

Hours of work for the Estimator:
- Monday - Friday (8am - 16:30pm)
Duties of the Estimator:
- Maintain regular contact with established & potential new customers.
- Support delivery of the company sales strategy.
- Support Design/Make tender proposals.
- Support project management of Design/Make contracts working alongside the production departments.
- Preparation and submission of quotations.
- Provide timely and accurate estimates.
- Support contract review of new customer purchase orders.
- Creation of purchase orders for external work.
- Reviewing and implementing any previous routing change requests or lessons learnt activities.
- Improvement of estimating and routing standardisation.
- Updating and maintaining estimation quotation database.
- Any other reasonable requests including project work.
The successful candidate for the Estimators position will have the following experience:
- 3 - 5 year's experience within planning/estimating (Essential)
- General knowledge of Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) Systems (Essential)
- Communication to senior management both internal and external.
- Experience of a manufacturing environment (Essential)
