An Award Winning client of ours in are looking to hire a 3rd Line Engineer, this company was voted one of the best companies to work for in 2023 and are looking to add to the team.

This 3rd Line Engineer role would be ideal for someone who is looking to work for a large organisation but also be the "goto" person for all technical queries, this will range from 1st-3rd Line Support issues, so as a 3rd Line Engineer you will need to be someone that enjoys being hands on and working on basic troubleshooting issues when they come up, as well as all the way up to 3rd Line project work.
As a 3rd Line Engineer, you will be working closely with the IT Manager and be expected to be proactive, with determined mindset. This is an ideal role for someone who enjoys the variety of IT Support and being busy.
The Hiring Manager is looking for someone that will have experience across the core infrastructure technologies, such as; Office365, Windows, VMWare, Active Directory, SCCM. Any Networking experience such as VPNs and Wireless Networks would also be attractive in this 3rd Line Engineer role.
Great communication skills, organisation skills, multitasking, problem-solving skills & has a desire to learn would be a summary of the personal traits needed to succeed in this role.
