Job Summary:

The Senior Business Analyst leads strategic IT initiatives, translating business needs into technical solutions to enhance operations and drive growth. This role focuses on analysing complex business problems, leveraging data analytics, and staying up-to-date with technological advancements to maintain the organisation's competitive edge.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Business Analysis: Lead investigations into business processes, identify opportunities for improvement, and recommend solutions.
  • Feasibility Assessment: Evaluate business change options for financial, technical, and strategic feasibility. Create comprehensive business cases to support decision-making.
  • Business Requirements: Accurately document business needs and collaborate with stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery. Support development, testing, and risk management.
  • Business Partnership: Maintain up-to-date process maps and work closely with teams and stakeholders to ensure alignment and informed decision-making.
  • People Management: Lead and develop a team of Business Analysts, ensuring effective workload management and performance development.
  • Knowledge Sharing: Promote knowledge management practices and ensure all relevant documentation is maintained.
  • Governance Compliance: Adhere to IT governance frameworks and ensure alignment with service provider contracts.

  • Effective identification of business opportunities and improvements
  • High alignment of projects with organisational goals
  • Accurate and timely documentation of business requirements

Required Experience:

  • 7-10 years of relevant experience
