Fram are working with a well-established financial planning firm based in London. They are seeking a Financial Advisor to give advice to a book of clients but to also head up their new Fintech offering. They will provide a strong client bank with excellent lead generation and admin support. The role would be to give holistic financial advice to clients but also ensuing the platform meets the client's needs and liaising with the development team if changes/recommendations are needed.
The role comes with full admin and compliance support and for the right candidate will develop to managing a team as they grow. The role is remote as all client meetings will be carried out via video, but applicants must be based in the UK. Our client will offer a basic salary, clear renumeration structure, opportunity to progress to board level and share options for the right person.
Responsibilities :
- Assessing & identifying financial needs for new and existing clients
- Provide Holistic and lifestyle financial planning
- Present financial recommendations
- Work with development team on the make recommendations and improvements to the firm's platform
- Client financial reviews
- Keeping up to date with regulatory changes
- Work with professional partners
This is an ideal role for an early career advisor who has ambition to grow and manage their own team over time, as well as give advice. Candidate must hold Diploma in financial Planning and have reached competent advice status (CAS) with their current or previous firm.
